based in Guangzhou, China. This international coaching opportunity is ideal for experienced tennis
coaches with a background in high-performance, elite junior, or professional tennis environments.
About the Tennis Academy
The academy offers world-class tennis facilities and a structured player development pathway,
working with juniors, competitive players, and professional athletes. Coaches operate within a
professional, performance-driven training environment.
Coach Requirements
- Experience coaching or competing at ATP, WTA, or ITF level
- Previous ATP/WTA ranking is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach players of various ages and competitive levels
- University degree is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-performance tennis coaching across all player levels
- Conduct approximately 150 hours of coaching per month
- Design and implement individualized training programs
- Collaborate with fitness, conditioning, and performance staff
- Monitor player progress and provide structured feedback
