A company based in Guangdong is seeking a High-Performance Coach. This organization operates tennis venues throughout China, including locations in Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, and Dalian.
Candidate, Qualification and Skills:
We are in search of a high-performance coach who holds a university degree and has a background in ATP rankings. Additionally, we welcome applications from coaches with a university degree who may not have ATP ranking experience but demonstrate strong playing skills and a solid level of knowledge.
Job Duties:
Selected candidates will receive a one-year contract. The position requires six days of work each week, totaling 150 hours per month. Any additional hours worked will be compensated at an hourly rate.
Benefits and Salary :
Tennis Company is ready to provide a post-tax monthly salary between 3,000 and 5,500 euros for the right candidate, depending on the coach's qualifications, experience, and level. Furthermore, the Academy will cover accommodation allowances for an apartment, facilitate a work visa sponsorship, and offer round-trip airfare.
