WorldProCoach is recruiting an experienced ATP-level Tennis Coach to work with two elite
China National Tennis Team U18 players based in Guangzhou, China. This is a
high-performance international coaching role suited to former ATP-ranked players.
About the Players
The coach will work directly with two nationally selected U18 athletes competing on the
international circuit:
- Player 1: ATP-ranked approximately 550
- Player 2: ATP-ranked approximately 800
Both players are part of the China National Tennis Team development pathway and are preparing
for high-level international competition.
Coach Requirements
- Former ATP player with official ATP ranking history (mandatory)
- Experience coaching high-performance or elite junior players
- Strong professional standards and communication skills
- Ability to manage individualized training and competition planning
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-performance daily tennis coaching
- Plan technical, tactical, and competition development programs
- Support tournament preparation and international scheduling
- Collaborate with national and performance support staff
