structure. The program supports beginner, intermediate, and advanced players, providing a
strong foundation for player development and long-term progression.
Coach Requirements
- Tennis coaching experience at any level
- Playing or competitive tennis background is a plus ATP/WTA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach players of different ages and competitive levels
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tennis coaching sessions for players of all levels
- Coach 120 hours per month
- Plan and conduct training sessions tailored to individual player needs
- Work collaboratively with the academy’s tennis coaching team
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: €6000 (depending on coaching experience and level) • Base salary plus
overtime compensation 500 HKD - Taxes paid by the Coach 12-15 %
